There is no charge to attend this meeting. Please note that due to limited places at this meeting, your place is not confirmed until we notify you.

Yes, the car park entrance is located on Chatham Street (LE1 6PD). This is subject to availability and charged at £5 per night.
Yes, complimentary accommodation will be provided for the evening of Saturday 23rd April 2022 only. Please make sure you tick the box on the registration page if you require accommodation on the night of Saturday 23rd April.
This meeting is not CPD accredited. You will be provided with a certificate of attendance for your records.
Unfortunately, it is not possible for travel expenses to and from this meeting to be reimbursed.
Lunch, refreshment breaks and dinner on Saturday 23rd April will be provided, as well as lunch and refreshment breaks on Sunday 24th April. Any additional snacks or drinks outside the refreshments and meals will need to be paid for by yourself.
It is important that you let us know of your situation as soon as possible should you not be able to attend this meeting so that your place can be assigned to another delegate. Please contact the meeting Secretariat if you need to cancel your place.
Your certificate of attendance will be handed to you at the meeting. If you do not receive it or need another copy, please contact the meeting Secretariat.
This meeting is very popular and places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis with priority given to those who are sitting their exams in 2022.
Once registration is full, delegates will be placed on a waiting list in order of registration and will be contacted if a place becomes available. Cancellations are usually likely to happen closer to the meeting, so you may be contacted at short notice. If you do not wish to remain on the waiting list, please contact us.
